2 celery stalks
¼ red onion
1 5-ounce can water-packed tuna
¼ cup mayo
1 teaspoon mustard
2 tablespoons capers
2 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 teaspoon chives
1 tablespoon lemon juice
American Cheese
Havarti Dill Cheese
Hot sauce
Salt & pepper
Drain tuna and capers
Finely chop celery, red onion, caper, parsley and chives
Mix all ingredients and add a dash of hot sauce and salt & pepper to taste
Preheat toaster oven to 450
Add a thin slice of Havarti and slice of American cheese to each side of bread until cheese starts to melt, about 2 minutes
Add tuna salad to face of bread, close sandwich until bread is toasted, about 2 more minutes
