Cuban Sandwich
Marinade Ingredients
1 ½ Tablespoon Black Pepper
2 Tablespoon Cumin
2 Tablespoon Dried Oregano
¼ Cup pressed garlic
2 Cups Lime Juice
Preparation
Cut 3 deep cuts into pork shoulder
Medium Salt
Add half marinade to each side, rubbing in gently
Marinate 8-10 hours overnight
Cooking
Roast 250F 8 hours
Remove from heat and let rest 30-60 minutes
Pull bone out, shred and mix juices
